Our Founder
Brian Wirtz
W3 Founder, Brian Wirtz, is a Marine Veteran and entrepreneur that’s cracked the code on transitioning Veterans into executive leadership through contract employment opportunities inspired by LinkedIn’s hiring template detailed in “The Alliance”.
Having retired from the Marines in 2014, Brian leverages a broad-based background leading projects and operations across multiple industries, sizes of organizations, and types of entities. Given the similarities of the Visionary/Integrator relationship and the EOS framework to well run military units, he was immediately drawn to EOS when he read Rocket Fuel and Traction in 2019. He took on his first Integrator role in 2020 and became a Fractional Integrator for businesses running on EOS® in 2021.
With corporate experience ranging from manufacturing to biotech, finance to commercial construction, and e-commerce to real estate, Brian is a versatile problem solver and turnaround artist with a talent for finding great leaders and growing strong teams. He’s learned to effectively translate his two decades of high consequence, progressive military leadership into relevant business applications that help visionaries and leadership teams gain clarity, get the right people in the right seats, solve issues, increase profitability, and accelerate growth.
