Step-1

Synchronize

Align with Client on position requirements, expectations, and desired candidate profile

Gain thorough understanding of Client vision, core values, interview process, candidate value proposition, culture, compensation, and benefits

Step-2

Connect

Reach out to W3 network of Veterans and Veteran connectors to advertise opportunity and build candidate pool

Collect and screen pool of qualified Veteran candidates to determine potetnial fits for Client

Present at at least 2-3 qualified Veteran candidates, with candidate summaries, for client consideration

Assist Client with interview, selection, and onboarding processes

Step-3

Orient

Assist Client to develop effective two-way onboarding plan to integrate the new Veteran employee onto the team and help the team effectively welcome the new Veteran with a focus on effective communication

Step-4

Recognize

Assist Client to understand and capitalize on unique Veteran skills and experiences

Assist Client to align with new employee on a development plan that includes learning the skills and processes to effectively perform job duties and a potential growth plan should employee performance rate advancement.

Step-5

Elevate

Assist Client with Quarterly Check-ins throughout first year to ensure continued alignment between Client and new employee on development and growth objectives

Assist Client and new employee to identify and resolve any potential threats to long-term success

Assist Client and new employee to identify and align on opportunities to accelerate learning and advancement, with the client or as part of the W3 career path.
